I'm Thuy Flores — a fashion designer and production director who takes evening wear, swimwear, and championship figure skating costumes from first sketch through pattern, sample, and final production, in-house and made to measure.

I design for the moment a woman steps into a room, and the moment a skater steps onto the ice — the fabric has to hold up to both. Thuy Flores
I'm a fashion designer and production director with more than 15 years in fashion design — part of a 20+ year career that also spans production management and business operations. My work lives in some of the industry's most technically demanding categories: hand-beaded evening gowns, competition swimwear and mermaid tails, and custom figure skating costumes worn on ice rinks across the country.
Every piece is designed in-house, start to finish — sketched in Procreate, pattern-drafted in CLO3D, graded and marked in Gerber AccuMark, fitted, sewn, and finished by hand, with an emphasis on movement, durability, and fit that holds under performance conditions. As Designer & Production Manager at Lexinie Sport since 2012, I run the full transition from first sample to final production — sourcing and costing fabrics across domestic and Asian markets, forecasting trends and demand, and managing the line through Odoo ERP with AI tools built into the workflow.
Before fashion, I spent nearly a decade in banking operations and branch management — experience that shapes how I plan, cost, and deliver a collection on time and on budget. This portfolio brings that work together under one roof. I'm currently open to full-time, freelance, and contract design opportunities.
End-to-end design and production capability — from first sketch and 3D pattern through graded, marked, sewn, and fully sourced garments ready for the stage, the ice, and the water.

"Thuy built my daughter's competition dress from scratch — it moved with her through every spin and held every rhinestone through a full season. It's the only place we go now."
